This template form is designed to be hand-written on the spot and signed by the client. It is intended for use on small projects such as the simple installation of a few plants without any need for design or hardscape elements.

This form serves as an estimate and proposal, as well as an invoice, and it includes some brief legal language that states the payment terms and waives contractor responsibility for damages that are beyond the control of the contractor.

There is a space for the date, client information, a list of materials, sales tax (if required), labor, and total due. There is also a place to write in the amount of the deposit (if required) and a signature line for the client to sign. At the top is a space to insert your logo or letterhead, and the form may be further customized according to your needs.
